August Berghaus designs and produces broaching tools for all broach-able internal and surface profiles, such as drill and profile broaching on hollow gear wheels, shift sleeves, drive hubs, and clutch carriers areas in transmission ring gears, switching and sliding sleeves, bike and drive hubs, clutch carriers, broaching tools for the production of energy and aircraft turbines, as well as for the production of steering racks and constant velocity joints. In the field of special profile tools and prototype development, we offer our customers a comprehensive service and support you from the initial design of the broaching tool to the production-ready broached work pieces.

In addition, we offer our customers a comprehensive service related to the re-sharpening of their broaches, contract broaching and prototype testing, and the contract hardening of their work pieces.
